Andreas Döllerer is a renowned chef known for his passion for Alpine cuisine. After completing his studies at the Hotel Management School in Bad Hofgastein, he gained valuable experience in Austria and abroad, including at Restaurant Dieter Müller in Germany. At 25, he returned to Austria to take over as head chef at Döllerer’s Restaurant.

At his restaurant in Golling, near Salzburg, Döllerer combines traditional Alpine recipes with modern techniques, using high-quality regional ingredients. The restaurant is part of Döllerer’s Gourmet Hotel, which also includes a traditional restaurant, delicatessen, and a family-run wine business.
