Davide Di Fabio was born in Rho (MI) in 1985 and moved to Bellante, Abruzzo at the age of 6. After attending hotel school in San Benedetto del Tronto, he began his culinary career in 2005 at Massimo Bottura’s Osteria Francescana in Modena, one of the most prestigious restaurants in the world. 

He worked there until 2021, gaining invaluable experience in the kitchen. In 2021, he became the chef of Dalla Gioconda in Gabicce Monte, where he continues to explore his passion for Italian cuisine with a contemporary twist. Over the years, Di Fabio has been fortunate enough to travel to many exciting countries, further broadening his culinary horizons. 

His cooking is characterized by dishes that offer both real and direct flavors, yet with deep roots in the imagination, allowing him to create extraordinary experiences for his guests. Beyond the kitchen, Di Fabio has a love for music and plays as a DJ, blending his creative talents both in the culinary and music worlds.
