In 2004, he opened Z Contemporâneo, followed by the acclaimed restaurant Oro in Rio de Janeiro, which quickly became a benchmark for innovative Brazilian dining. He later expanded his portfolio with Pipo in São Paulo and Taraz, developed in collaboration with the Rosewood hotel group. Throughout his career, Bronze has received numerous accolades, including multiple Chef of the Year titles from leading Brazilian publications, and his restaurants have been consistently recognised among the country’s finest.
