Francesco Sodano, born in 1988 in Somma Vesuviana near Naples, is an Italian chef recognised for his bold, contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine. His culinary path was shaped by formative experiences alongside respected chefs such as Oliver Glowig and Anthony Genovese, followed by important international stages in renowned European kitchens. These years refined his technical precision and fostered a deep curiosity for innovation.
