Gianluca Gorini is an acclaimed Italian chef born in Pesaro in 1983 and raised in a family deeply connected to food. He began cooking at the age of 14 while attending hotel-catering school, developing an early passion for technique and ingredients. After formative experiences in London, he returned to Italy, where he refined his skills under respected chefs such as Paolo Teverini and Paolo Lopriore, shaping a personal style grounded in precision, creativity and respect for raw materials.

In 2017, together with his partner Sara Silvani, Gorini opened daGorini in San Piero in Bagno, in the heart of Romagna. The restaurant quickly became a destination for contemporary Italian cuisine, celebrated for its strong connection to the territory and its thoughtful, expressive dishes.

Throughout his career, Chef Gorini has earned numerous prestigious accolades from leading culinary institutions and critics, recognising him as one of the most compelling voices of his generation. His cuisine strikes a refined balance between tradition and innovation, offering a modern interpretation of Romagna’s flavours with clarity, depth and character.
