This pivotal decision led him to Tokyo’s renowned three-Michelin-starred restaurant Nihonryori Ryugin, where he spent three years under the mentorship of Chef Seiji Yamamoto, refining his skills and deepening his understanding of Japanese culinary traditions.
In June 2012, Sato was entrusted with leading Tenku Ryugin in Hong Kong, the first international outpost of the Ryugin brand. His tenure brought acclaim to the restaurant and solidified his reputation as a talented chef with a unique vision.
In 2015, Sato embarked on his own culinary journey, opening „Ta Vie旅” in Hong Kong.
