Born and raised in Guangdong, Chef Jeff Wu moved to the United States at a young age to study. A deep pride in Chinese ingredients – and a growing nostalgia for the flavours of home – ultimately inspired him to change direction and enter the world of gastronomy. His culinary path has since spanned a wide range of influences: early training in French techniques, inspiration from Nordic food culture, and a meaningful return to the foundations of traditional Cantonese cooking.
Across his career, Jeff has continued to refine his craft with dedication and creativity, earning notable recognition for a style that seamlessly blends the scientific and sustainable approaches of Western cuisine with the timeless aesthetics of Chinese culinary tradition.
