Renowned internationally for his award-winning cuisine and artistic mastery, Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung leads a highly skilled team and has served heads of state, royal families, and dignitaries throughout his career. Since joining Wynn Palace in 2018, he has guided his kitchens to widespread critical recognition, with Chef Tam’s Seasons earning major honours within its first year, including being named Best Restaurant in Macau and receiving top individual chef accolades from leading dining authorities.

Chef Tam began his career in Hong Kong at the age of 16, later refining his craft in Thailand at prestigious luxury hotels before returning to Greater China. A Gold Medal winner at the World Championship of Chinese Cooking, he continues to elevate Cantonese cuisine through precision, creativity, and deep respect for seasonal produce.
