Lucas Garigliano is a Spanish chef with extensive professional experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Born in Barcelona in 1992, he began his career in business management before deciding to pursue cooking full time. He trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, where he built a strong foundation in classical French techniques and professional kitchen organisation.
After graduating, he joined L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Saint-Germain, Paris, progressing through various kitchen stations and gaining detailed insight into high-level fine dining operations. He was later appointed Head Chef for the opening of its Dubai location, where he led the kitchen launch, trained the team, and implemented operational standards. During his tenure, his work earned significant recognition for excellence in fine dining.
Following three years in Dubai, Garigliano returned to Paris as Executive Chef at the same atelier, overseeing daily service and maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for quality and consistency.
In 2023, he became Executive Chef at TRB Hutong in Beijing, creating tasting menus that blend his technical expertise with local ingredients and culinary traditions. His work has received accolades from Forbes and The Best Chef Awards, highlighting his skill, creativity, and influence in contemporary gastronomy.
Garigliano also curates private dining experiences for luxury brands and high-profile cultural events worldwide.
