Her Time Out Market location focuses on traditional cuisine, Zunzum Gastrobar offers a modern and casual dining experience, while Marlene presents an elevated gastronomic approach.
Beyond her work in restaurants, Vieira has appeared on television programs such as Chefs Academy, MasterChef, and Cozinha de Chef, contributing to books along the way. She also published Os Doces da Chef Marlene, sharing her passion for pastry and desserts.
