Michał Kuter has been the owner and head chef of A Nóż Widelec in Poznań for over 16 years. A graduate of Westminster Kingsway College in London, he earned an Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts in 2009. His professional path was shaped by years of experience in some of the UK’s most respected fine dining kitchens, where he refined his technical skills and disciplined approach to cooking.
Over the course of his career, Kuter has received numerous industry accolades recognising both his culinary talent and his commitment to traditional cuisine interpreted through a contemporary lens. He has been honoured with major national chef awards, named Chef of the Year at regional level, and received international recognition for excellence. In 2025, he was further acknowledged with a distinction from a global chefs’ organisation.
A Nóż Widelec has consistently been recognised by leading international dining guides for its quality and consistency. Beyond the restaurant, Michał Kuter is also the author of the A Nóż Widelec Cookbook, sharing his culinary philosophy and recipes with a wider audience.
