Mostafa Seif is the executive chef of Khufu’s and the creative force behind its menu, dedicated to redefining Egyptian cuisine. His culinary journey began in Army Mess Halls, where he developed a deep appreciation for the craft. Starting with small-scale street food ventures, he steadily worked his way up, leading several high-end dining establishments before joining Pier88 Group.

A graduate of the Culinary Arts Academy in 2013, he has remained deeply committed to preserving and elevating traditional Egyptian flavors. His vision for Khufu’s is to honor Egypt’s rich culinary heritage while infusing it with modern techniques and presentation.
