Her journey led her to Oda, where she spent two years as Sous Chef, refining her skills and deepening her understanding of Colombia’s diverse culinary landscape. Seeking further growth, she gained experience at Central in Lima, one of the world’s most celebrated restaurants, before returning to take the helm at Oda.

As one of the few women leading a fine dining restaurant in Colombia, she brings a fresh perspective, combining tradition with innovation. Her cuisine highlights the richness of Colombian ingredients, honoring the country’s biodiversity while reinterpreting its culinary heritage in a contemporary way. Through her work, she continues to push boundaries, creating a dining experience that is both deeply rooted in tradition and boldly forward-thinking.
