Rosina Ostler, born in Munich in 1992, has built her career through diverse experiences and mentorships with leading figures such as Martin Fauster, Tanja Grandits and Johannes King. After her studies and several internships, she pursued a classic culinary apprenticeship at Hotel Traube Tonbach. She then continued at Schwarzwaldstube in Baiersbronn under Torsten Michel before moving to Berlin in 2019 to join einsunternull.
Her path later led her to Oslo, where she worked at Restaurant Maaemo and helped open Mon Oncle, a fine dining concept recognised for its excellence. She went on to serve as Chef de Cuisine at Maaemo under Esben Holmboe Bang, refining her approach to Nordic cuisine and high-level craftsmanship.
Since December 2023, she has returned to Munich as head chef of Alois – Dallmayr Fine Dining Restaurant. Under her leadership, the restaurant received renewed acclaim in 2024. Rosina has since been honoured with several major distinctions, including Chef of the Year 2025 by both Gusto and Falstaff, Discovery of the Year 2025, and Female Chef of the Year Germany 2025. She also ranks among the top three chefs in Germany for 2025.
