With over 18 years of culinary experience, Sachin began his journey at Mumbai’s Taj Mahal Palace, inspired by childhood visits to its vibrant restaurants. After training through Taj’s prestigious Kitchen Management program and gaining international experience at Morimoto in New York, he rose to Chef de Cuisine at Wasabi by Morimoto, where his work earned significant regional recognition and multiple industry accolades.
Today, Sachin brings together Japanese precision and Indian culinary heritage in Bangkok, presenting a refined expression of Subcontinental cuisine that is both creative and elegantly simple. In June 2023, he opened INDDEE, where his innovative approach quickly gained widespread critical acclaim. Within a short time, the restaurant received major international recognition and top culinary honors, followed by further prestigious distinctions in 2025.
