Raised in multicultural Singapore, Chef Pan graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. His career spans renowned luxury dining establishments and international hotels in Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore and Cambodia. Since joining MGM, he has led the culinary team at Aji, developing contemporary dishes under the concept of “Asian Bistronomy”, shaped by his extensive global experience.

Chef Pan carefully selects premium seasonal ingredients from both land and sea, crafting dishes through thoughtful combinations of main elements, garnishes and sauces to create balance and flow. Skilled in Western cuisine, he draws deeply from his cultural background, education and passion for food to introduce creative interpretations enriched with authentic Asian flavours.

Throughout his career, Chef Pan has received numerous prestigious accolades, including international competition honours and recognition as one of China’s most influential chefs, affirming his status as a leading figure in modern Asian cuisine.
