Her professional path shifted profoundly in 2015 when she joined Seraf Restaurant as a manager. Following unexpected staff changes, she assumed responsibility for kitchen operations, quickly mastering the demands of culinary leadership despite having no prior formal training. Her ability to organize, innovate, and guide her team became a defining trait.

Drawing inspiration from traditional Anatolian recipes and techniques, Özler has become a key figure in the preservation and contemporary reinterpretation of regional cuisine. 

Committed to sustainability, she champions seasonal cooking, minimizes waste, and revives forgotten dishes. As a member of the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey (KAGİDER), she also advocates for female empowerment and social progress in the culinary world.
