Bio

Tomás Treschanski is an Argentine chef and restaurateur known for his innovative, research-driven approach to contemporary fine dining. He trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London and gained experience in several internationally acclaimed kitchens, including Azurmendi, Frantzén, Barrafina, and Boragó, where he refined his technical precision and creative culinary identity.

After returning to Buenos Aires, he opened Trescha in 2023, a progressive fine dining restaurant located in Villa Crespo. The restaurant offers an intimate multi-course experience built around seasonal Argentine ingredients, experimentation, and a strong focus on an in-house “Test Kitchen” dedicated to culinary research and development. Within a short period, Trescha has received significant international recognition and industry accolades, establishing Treschanski as one of the most promising young chefs in Latin America.

His cuisine is defined by a balance of technical precision and creativity, blending Argentine identity with modern global techniques. He is widely regarded for pushing the boundaries of contemporary dining through conceptual, ingredient-led cuisine that emphasizes innovation, storytelling, and sensory experience.
