Witek Iwański, Chef and Owner of hub.praga, creates a cuisine grounded in sustainability and the responsible use of nature’s resources. Iwański refined his skills in several of Europe’s most respected kitchens, including Maaemo, Frantzén, and Azurmendi, where he learned that true excellence comes from collaboration and intention. His talent has earned him significant national recognition, including two victories in the Culinary Cup of Poland, a Chef of the Year title, and the honour of serving as Poland’s sole brand ambassador for Gaggenau.
In recent years, hub.praga has been celebrated for its distinctive approach to locality and responsibility, and Iwański himself has been acknowledged internationally, including receiving the One Knife Excellent distinction from The Best Chefs.
