Floriano Pellegrino, born in Lecce in 1990, is an Italian chef and owner of Bros’ in Lecce, Salento. In 2018, he co-founded the Pellegrino Brothers holding company with his partner Isabella Potì, overseeing the Bros’ brand, including Bros’ Trattoria and Bros’ Pasticceria. He also founded Bros’ Rugby, a program supporting the reintegration of young people from Puglia into sports and professional life.
His passion for cooking began in his family’s agriturismo in Scorrano. After hotel studies, he worked in local restaurants before training in some of Europe’s most respected kitchens alongside chefs such as Luis Andoni Aduriz, Eneko Atxa, Alexandre Gauthier, René Redzepi, Claude Bosi, and Martín Berasategui, experiences that shaped his contemporary culinary vision. Today, he is widely recognized for his innovative approach and has received numerous international accolades.
Isabella Potì, born in Rome in 1995 to a Polish mother and an Italian father, is one of the most dynamic voices in contemporary Italian cuisine. Raised partly in Lecce, she developed her passion for food in her grandmother’s kitchen and garden.
After studying at the Istituto Alberghiero in Lecce, she refined her skills abroad with leading chefs across Europe. Together with Floriano Pellegrino, she co-founded the Pellegrino Brothers group, which includes Bros’ in Lecce and Roots in Scorrano. Beyond the kitchen, she serves as president of the Bros Rugby Club. Known for her creativity and bold style, Isabella has earned international recognition and is frequently invited to global culinary events, collaborating with leading brands as an ambassador of modern gastronomy.
