Born in Belgium and now a Singaporean citizen, Emmanuel Stroobant is one of the pioneers who helped shape Singapore’s fine dining scene at a time when few chefs shared his culinary vision. Since opening Saint Pierre in 2000, he has transformed it into one of the country’s most respected and enduring French fine dining restaurants.

With over 20 years of professional experience across Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore, Emmanuel has developed a distinctive culinary style that blends modern French cuisine with Asian influences.

Yoga and the philosophy of the Zen Circle have profoundly shaped his approach to cooking, instilling in him values such as intuition, mindfulness, and balance.
