His career took him to esteemed restaurants, including “Schloss Johannisberg” in Geisenheim and the “Humperdinck restaurant” in Frankfurt. In 1992, he worked at “La Bouillabaisse” in Crete and later at “Restaurant Dieter Müller” and “Restaurant Hessler.”

After becoming a state-certified restaurateur and master chef in 1998, Elverfeld joined The Ritz-Carlton in Dubai, where he led the gourmet restaurant “La Baie.” In 2000, he moved to The Ritz-Carlton in Wolfsburg to open the “Aqua restaurant”

Elverfeld is known for his unique culinary style in the “Aqua restaurant”, which combines simplicity and sophistication. His approach emphasizes creating extraordinary dishes that bring out distinctive flavor nuances, transforming the everyday into something exceptional.
