Antonio Park is an internationally acclaimed chef whose cuisine reflects a unique blend of Japanese technique, South American roots, and Korean heritage. Born in Argentina to Korean parents, he grew up across Argentina, Paraguay, and Brazil before settling in Canada, where his multicultural upbringing shaped his culinary identity and deep respect for ingredients.

He began his career in Montreal as a dishwasher and worked his way up, later refining his skills in Japan, where he trained extensively in sushi and traditional techniques. His experience across kitchens in Japan and North America helped define his precise, ingredient-driven approach.
