Letizia’s passion for cooking was ignited early, nurtured by her family’s respect for quality and tradition. After studying at Malta’s Culinary Institute, she embarked on a journey to refine her skills and expand her creative vision. This path led her to an internship at The Fat Duck under Chef Heston Blumenthal, where she gained invaluable experience, before continuing her training at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal as a Chef de Partie.

Returning to Malta, Letizia further developed her culinary identity in some of the country’s leading restaurants, deepening her understanding of flavours, techniques, and local ingredients. In 2019, she opened her own restaurant, The Golden Fork, where she combines her international experience with a strong connection to her heritage.

Through a cuisine that blends tradition, creativity, and precision, Letizia continues to shape The Golden Fork into one of Malta’s most distinctive dining destinations, showcasing her personal approach and dedication to culinary excellence.
