Chef Antonio Park has transformed the Montreal restaurant scene with his internationally inspired farm-to-table cuisine.
Antonio Park’s training began in his mother’s kitchen in Argentina and taking part in his father’s many asados; establishing the traditions of his heritage with fresh ingredients, homemade dishes, and a passion for sharing meals with others.
From starting his culinary career as a dishwasher to appearing as a judge on Food Network Canada’s Chopped, he gained experience and mastered his art in Tokyo, Osaka, New York, Toronto and Montreal.
His dedication and meticulous attention to detail has inspired the creation of new concepts, the development of Antonio Park products, and the opening of restaurants around the world.
