Arnaud Faye is a French chef known for his refined, seasonal approach to haute cuisine, now leading Epicure at Le Bristol Paris with a vision that blends tradition and innovation.
Born in Clermont-Ferrand, in the heart of France’s Auvergne region, Chef Arnaud Faye discovered his passion for cooking at a young age, inspired by nature and the bounty of the land. After studying at La Chaise-Dieu, he trained in some of France’s most prestigious gastronomic establishments, where excellence was a daily pursuit.
His career led him through renowned kitchens such as Moulin de la Gorce, La Pyramide, Buerehiesel, and Relais Bernard Loiseau, where he refined his craft and developed a deep respect for French culinary tradition. Appointed Head Chef of L’Espadon at the Ritz Paris at just 29, Faye went on to lead several major restaurant openings and luxury establishments, including the Mandarin Oriental Paris, Auberge du Jeu de Paume, and Château de La Chèvre d’Or on the French Riviera.
His cuisine has been recognised with numerous accolades, celebrating both his creativity and mastery. In May 2024, Chef Faye took the helm of Le Bristol Paris, ushering in a new era for its iconic restaurant Epicure. His forward-thinking philosophy, centred on seasonality and the purity of ingredients, redefines French gastronomy with elegance, respect, and innovation.
