Artem and Alexey Grebenshchikov are two of Russia’s most accomplished culinary figures, combining innovation, artistry, and precision in their joint venture, Bourgeois Bohemians (BOBO) in Saint Petersburg.
Artem Grebenshchikov, restaurateur, chef, and co-owner of BOBO, is also the trainer of the Russian national WorldSkills team, which achieved first place at the World Championship in Kazan (2019) and won gold at EuroSkills Austria (2021). A graduate of Trafford College (England) and Le Cordon Bleu (Australia), he has spoken at leading international gastronomic congresses, including Madrid Fusión, Gastreet, and Dubai Residents Week.
Artem has been honored multiple times as Best Chef of Saint Petersburg and Chef of the Year by major restaurant awards. Alexey Grebenshchikov, head pastry chef and co-owner of BOBO, brings refined creativity to modern pastry. Also a WorldSkills trainer, he shares his brother’s passion for excellence and innovation. His desserts are known for their lightness, seasonality, and elegant presentation.
Alexey’s work has been featured in Saber y Sabor, So Good.. Magazine, and Arte Heladero. He has been named Best Pastry Chef of Russia several times, cementing his place among the country’s leading culinary talents.
