
Chef Beata Sniechowska is a celebrated restaurateur and chef, leading two restaurants in Poland: Młoda Polska Bistro and Baba.
She is the winner of the 2nd edition of MasterChef Polska and the author of multiple culinary books. Beata holds a PhD in engineering from the Wrocław University of Technology, but she is largely self-taught and continually explores new culinary techniques.
As one of the top chefs and restaurateurs of the new generation, Beata has been invited to numerous events from the Food & Future series, where she collaborates with star chefs from Poland and around the world. She focuses on reinterpreting Polish cuisine, drawing inspiration from childhood flavors, and presenting them in her own distinctive style.
