Moros is best known for his mastery of wood-fire and open-flame cooking, where simplicity, technique and high-quality ingredients take centre stage. His cuisine blends Latin American heritage with global influences, creating dishes that are both refined and deeply expressive.
He currently serves as Head Chef of 11 Woodfire in Dubai, an acclaimed restaurant recognised by leading regional and international dining authorities for its innovative concept and execution. Beyond the kitchen, Moros is also the Founder and CEO of 7 Heaven Hospitality, where he develops restaurant concepts and offers strategic culinary consulting.
