Tam Chudaree Debhakam is the Owner and Head Chef of Baan Tepa Culinary Space, a fine-dining restaurant focused on local ingredients, sustainability, and culinary creativity. She first gained recognition as the youngest contestant and winner of Top Chef Thailand.
A passionate advocate for sustainability, Tam has worked as the Chef Ambassador for Thai Harvest SOS and UNEP’s sustainability campaigns, promoting food waste reduction. She honed her skills at the International Culinary Center in New York City before gaining experience at Blue Hill at Stone Barns under Chef Dan Barber. Her two years there (2015-2017) provided invaluable exposure to farm-driven cuisine, working with organic, responsibly sourced ingredients.
Tam’s approach to cooking blends creative Thai flavors with a deep respect for nutrition and the environment. She emphasizes using responsibly grown local produce, aiming to create innovative dishes that highlight both sustainability and flavor.
