Dani García, born in 1975 in Marbella, is a celebrated chef and entrepreneur recognised for redefining Spanish and Andalusian cuisine through creativity and technical precision. Raised in a family of restaurateurs, he discovered his passion for cooking early and began his professional journey in 1996 under the mentorship of Martín Berasategui. At just 25, García received significant critical acclaim for his work at the family restaurant „Tragabuches” in Ronda, marking him as one of the most promising young chefs in Spain.

In 2005, he opened „Calima” in Marbella, where his innovative style earned national and international recognition, establishing him as a leading figure of modern Andalusian gastronomy. He continued to evolve creatively with „Dani García Restaurante” in 2014 and later expanded into more casual concepts with the widely praised „BiBo.”

García went on to build Grupo Dani García, a diverse culinary group that includes multiple restaurant brands, catering projects, and the Dani García Foundation. Today, he oversees an expanding global portfolio across Spain, the Middle East, and beyond, remaining one of the most influential voices in contemporary Spanish cuisine.
