Faycal Bettioui is a culinary leader among executive chefs with Arab roots, recognized for his expertise across all aspects of food conception and execution. He first discovered his passion for hospitality in the United States, building his career in some of New York and Miami’s most respected fine-dining establishments. In 2011, Faycal opened his first restaurant in Miami Beach, marking the beginning of his journey as a hospitality entrepreneur. He later moved to
Europe, where he launched Restaurant Krone in Germany’s Pfalz wine region. There, his work was quickly acknowledged with prestigious newcomer and best restaurant awards, establishing his reputation on the European culinary scene. His international profile continued to grow as his cuisine—Mediterranean in spirit with refined Japanese influences—began attracting guests from
around the world. Faycal is currently expanding his hospitality group to Morocco, where he opened his flagship fine-dining restaurant, La Table 3, in June 2024. The restaurant offers both à la carte and tasting menus rooted in French technique with Japanese elegance. Within its first year, La Table 3 received major international recognition, positioning it among the most exciting dining destinations in the MENA region.
