Born in Canada, graduated in Chicago, and now based in Dubai, multi award-winning Chef Kelvin Cheung is a Chinese Canadian who grew up immersed in the kitchen. After rising through the ranks in restaurants across the US, Canada, Belgium, and India, he began building a series of successful culinary brands, establishing himself as a leading figure in the region’s dining scene. Chef Kelvin is the Chef and Partner behind Jun’s, Jooksing, 852 Bakery, and Little Jun’s, created in collaboration with Three Layer Hospitality.
His cooking is rooted in Chinese heritage, shaped by North American upbringing and classical training, and driven by fresh local produce.
