Chef Kelvin is the Chef and Partner behind Jun’s, Jooksing, 852 Bakery, and Little Jun’s, created in collaboration with Three Layer Hospitality. His cooking is rooted in Chinese heritage, shaped by North American upbringing and classical training, and driven by fresh local produce. A pioneer of Third Culture cuisine in the Middle East, Jun’s quickly became one of the region’s most celebrated dining concepts, earning numerous industry awards and honours, including Chef of the Year and Chef-Patron of the Year titles.

Beyond the kitchen, Kelvin is a strong advocate for sustainability, wellness, inclusivity, and mentoring the next generation of chefs, with a particular focus on empowering women within the industry.
