After studying at Malta’s Culinary Institute, she sought to expand her skills and creativity. This pursuit led her to an internship under Chef Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck, where she gained invaluable experience. Letizia then continued her journey at Dinner by Heston as a Chef de Partie, refining her techniques in one of the world’s most renowned kitchens.
Her career further blossomed in other prestigious restaurants in Malta, where she honed her culinary style and developed a deep understanding of flavors and techniques. In 2019, Letizia took the bold step of opening her own restaurant, The Golden Fork. Here, she combines her training and passion to deliver exceptional dishes that reflect both her heritage and her creative flair.
