Born in Aleppo, Syria, Orfali’s culinary journey began in 1994 after an academic setback led him to discover his passion for cooking. In 2015, he founded Orfali Bros with his brothers, initially as a cooking school, which later transformed into a prominent restaurant, opening its doors in 2021.

Orfali Bros is a fusion of traditional and modern influences, quickly gaining recognition for its creative, visually stunning dishes. The restaurant’s menu showcases a diverse blend of Middle Eastern flavors and contemporary techniques, reflecting Dubai’s multicultural fabric.

Beyond his restaurant, Orfali is committed to educating others about Arabian and Aleppian cuisine. He envisions creating an academy to share his knowledge and preserve the culinary traditions of his heritage.
