His journey began with internships at prestigious establishments, including Restaurant Tout à Fait, Beluga, and the three-Michelin-starred Hertog Jan in Bruges. After completing his studies, Robin honed his craft at some of Europe’s most renowned kitchens, working at Restaurant Christian Bau in Germany, De Librije in Zwolle, and Bord’Eau in Amsterdam, among others.

In 2017, Robin embarked on a culinary journey through Asia, broadening his perspective on global flavors and techniques. Returning to the Netherlands, he rejoined De Leuf, bringing his refined skills and international influences to the kitchen.

Robin’s career is defined by precision, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. With a wealth of experience in haute cuisine, he continues to push culinary boundaries while maintaining a deep respect for quality ingredients and technique.
