Initially pursuing a degree in International Relations, he made the bold decision to follow his true calling, studying culinary arts in London and Tokyo. His experiences abroad, combined with his upbringing in Dubai, influenced his unique approach to cooking—one that seamlessly blends Middle Eastern, Japanese, and French flavors.

Haddad describes his cuisine as an extension of Dubai itself—an amalgamation of cultures and traditions, constantly evolving.
