Sven Erik Renaa is a celebrated Norwegian chef and restaurateur, renowned for his culinary expertise and innovative approach. He is the owner, head chef, and operator of RE-NAA, a prestigious restaurant in Stavanger, which he opened in 2009. Known for his passion for high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, Renaa’s cooking blends creativity with tradition. 

In 2024, he was awarded three Michelin stars, solidifying his position as one of Norway’s top culinary figures. In addition to RE-NAA, Sven Erik co-founded Sirkus Renaa in 2020 with his wife, Torill. This establishment offers a variety of culinary experiences, including a bakery, pastry shop, ice cream and chocolate factory, and a pizzeria. 

Renaa’s leadership extends beyond his restaurants, as he has played an influential role in the culinary world, serving as the Norwegian National Culinary Team Manager and the Creative Director of the Norwegian Junior Culinary Team.
