Chef Tim Boury is one of Belgium’s leading culinary figures. In 2010, he founded Boury Restaurant together with his wife, Inge.What started as an ambitious restaurant grew over the years into a renowned culinary destination. Alongside the restaurant, Tim continued to develop the Boury universe together with his brother, Ben Boury. 

Their shared entrepreneurial spirit led to the creation of Boury Bottled, bringing the flavours and craftsmanship of Boury beyond the restaurant. With Boury Academy, they also invest in the future of gastronomy. 

Young chefs are given the opportunity to learn, grow and refine their skills in a demanding professional environment, while being immersed in the philosophy, discipline and creativity that define Boury. Today, Tim’s vision extends far beyond the kitchen: building a strong culinary legacy, sharing knowledge and helping shape the next generation of chefs.
