Tim Boury is a Belgian chef and restaurateur. After studying at Hotelschool Ter Duinen in Koksijde, he refined his skills through formative experiences at renowned establishments such as ‘Comme chez Soi’ in Brussels and ‘Hostellerie Saint-Nicolas’ in Ieper. Boury’s career began in 2001 at ‘Comme chez Soi,’ where he advanced from commis to chef de partie. 

He later worked at ‘Oud Sluis’ in the Netherlands as chef de partie and sous-chef, and in 2008 became executive chef at Belgaqueen in Ghent. In 2013, he opened Boury Restaurant in Roeselare, where he showcases a refined and modern approach to Belgian cuisine. Today, Boury is recognized for his precise techniques, focus on seasonality, and dedication to delivering a complete gastronomic experience.
