Her passion for cooking began in childhood, accompanying my mother to the markets and then cooking together at home. Those early moments sparked the curiosity that later shaped my career.Studied Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu, Peru, and later completed a Master’s Degree in Restaurant Management at the Basque Culinary Center in Spain.Throughout my professional journey, I have worked in hotels and restaurants across Bolivia, Brazil, Spain, Peru, and the United States. She returned to Bolivia in 2018 with a clear purpose: to open a restaurant dedicated to traditional Bolivian cuisine. The idea for PHAYAWI RESTAURANT was born during my studies in Lima, where I realized the enormous potential of Bolivian gastronomy and the need for a restaurant that honors and uplifts traditional flavors.
