Bio

Born in Essentuki, Russia, in 1983, he began cooking at the age of 12 in his father’s restaurant, where he developed an early connection to culinary tradition. He later studied Culinary Arts at Moscow State University of Service and refined his skills in renowned kitchens across Europe and Asia, including France, Spain, and Japan, gaining a broad and international perspective.

Deeply inspired by his heritage, Mukhin has dedicated much of his career to rediscovering and reinterpreting traditional Russian recipes. His cuisine blends ancestral techniques with modern creativity, creating a dialogue between past and present. By drawing on history while embracing innovation, he highlights the richness and diversity of Russian culinary culture in a contemporary context.

In 2011, Mukhin opened White Rabbit, where he presents vibrant, seasonal, and avant-garde dishes. He also developed Krasota Dubai, a гастротеатр concept that merges cuisine with art and sensory storytelling. For Mukhin, cooking is a form of expression—an evolving craft that connects identity, culture, and imagination.
