Paolo Casagrande is an Italian chef born in Montebelluna, a small town near Venice. He started his culinary career at the age of 15, working as an apprentice in local restaurants. His passion for cooking led him to study in the most prestigious kitchens in Europe, including El Celler de Can Roca in Spain. In 2015, he joined the Lasarte-Oria team in Spain.
