In May 2021 he won the award for innovation in the kitchen. In the gala in Amstendan of ‘The Best Chef Award 2021’ he took the #69 spot of the top 100 chefs in the world.
In 2018, together with his partner Isabella Potì, he founded the Pellegrino Brothers holding company. Currently, the company owns the rights to the Bros brand, is the owner of Bros’ Trattoria in Scorrano and deals with, among others, promotion of two talents, Isabella Potì and Floriano Pellegrino.
He founded Bros Rugby Club, always managed by a holding company, committed to the reintegration of young people from the Apulian suburbs in a virtuous circuit that, through sport, aims to involve them in the Italian and international professional scene.
