Diego Guerrero is a Spanish chef. He began his culinary career at the age of 16, working in various restaurants throughout Spain before moving to France, where he worked under the guidance of renowned chef Alain Ducasse.
In 2003, Guerrero became the chef of the elegant El Club Allard restaurant in Madrid. The place quickly gained publicity and recognition from the world’s critics and guests.
DSTAgE – a friendly environment for guests and employees
In 2014, he opened his restaurant DSTAgE in Madrid. Using his vision to democratize fine dining, Guerrero created an open and uncomplicated environment with a shared kitchen and dining room. He also became a pioneer in employee wellness, opting to close restaurants on weekends so his employees could enjoy a less stressful life.
The restaurant, or maybe the concept, was quickly awarded and appreciated by an international group.

Concept that fits in with the idea of Destage, as he says himself – like a younger brother.
