Dalad Kambhu – born and raised in Bangkok, self-trained cook, lived in New York for a decade before deciding to move to Berlin to open her first restaurant Kin Dee.
“In Thai, Kin Dee means “eat well”. Just like our name says, we want our guests to eat really well and enjoy themselves.
Our kitchen serves the flavors we grew up eating at home in Bangkok.
We only use fresh & locally grown produce and mindfully raised animal products.
Our curry pastes are made in our kitchen, just like how the Thais do.”
